How we use your data (privacy notice)

SOUADTGA collects the following to create your pledge certificate for Rashtriya Ekta Diwas 2026:

  • your selfie and the name you enter, to make the certificate;
  • your mobile number, to verify it with a one-time password (OTP) and send you the certificate on WhatsApp.

We do not use your data for anything else, do not sell it and do not share it except with the service providers that host and send the certificate. It shall be deleted by 31st December 2026.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can withdraw consent at any time, and ask to access, correct or erase your data, by writing to support@soutickets.in with your certificate link. Withdrawing does not affect processing done before it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are under 18, please take the pledge with your parent or guardian, who should give this consent.
